Jensten Group has announced an agreement to acquire Coversure Midlands, further strengthening its regional footprint and UK broking capabilities upon completion.
Coversure Midlands is the largest franchise in Jensten’s Coversure network, with around 30 colleagues and strong expertise across commercial and personal lines. The business has built a strong reputation in its local markets and sees Jensten as the right long-term home for its people and future growth.
Operating from two offices in the Midlands and one in Kent, the business also includes two online quote-and-buy specialisms, Boxguard and Fastquote, demonstrating the breadth and diversity of insurance businesses that the Coversure network is able to support, develop and help grow.
The acquisition of Coversure Midlands further demonstrates how Jensten supports members throughout the full lifecycle of their businesses. From helping entrepreneurs establish and grow successful brokerages through the Coversure network, to acquiring businesses when owners are ready to retire and realise the value they have created, Jensten provides long-term support and continuity at every stage.
As part of Jensten, the team will continue to benefit from greater scale, enhanced market access and specialist expertise, and maintain their local focus and online presence, that’s made them so successful.
